1. We will only order your goods after the 1st payment is received. Order may be cancelled if 1st payment is not cleared after 72 hours of confirmation email being sent out
2. Payments must be made in Malaysian Ringgit except for credit card and Paypal payment, payable in Singapore Dollar or US Dollar. Ringgit Malaysia / 2 = SGD, Malaysian Ringgit / 3 = USD
3. No cancellation/changes are allowed once payment is made
4. No refund is allowed unless items are out of stock
5. There will be a Processing Fee of 3.4% + MYR2.00 (for credit card & PayPal payment). Processing Fee is not refundable under any circumstances
6. China local delivery time is beyond our control, it depends on sellers that you have chosen to buy from. Normally it takes 1-4 days to reach our warehouse in Shanghai
7. We only act as purchasing agent, therefore we will not be held for responsible for:
a) Parcel loss or damage during delivery
b) Goods not meeting your expectation
c) Wrong colour, measurement or items being sent by seller
d) Sellers do not send out goods
e) Delay in shipment delivery time
f) Parcel being taxed or stopped or detained by custom (chances for this to happen are very low)
8. However we will try our very best to assist if the above circumstances happen
9. We do not ship firecrackers, plants, weapon, animal and all illegal items that are against Malaysian law
10. It is our agent in Guangdong say whether an item is considered as Branded or otherwise. Normal shipping rates are only for Non-Branded & Non-Sensitive items unless otherwise stated. Contact us for more details.
